Defense Research LLC is a developer of interactive training media and software focusing on Civil Defense.

Their area of expertise is in informatics, software development, and user interface design, coupled with practical experience in emergency response management and physical security. Defense Research LLC holds multiple copyrights and patents to interfaces for interactive, wireless, and handheld devices, as well as product content.

Defense Research is affiliated with the Marina Technology Cluster, a joint venture between the University of California, Santa Cruz and the City of Marina. We are located in Monterey, California. We maintain close ties to Terrorism WMD Research Program at the Center for Nonproliferation, Monterey Institute of International Studies.
